Scope of application


This return policy applies to all customers who purchase foldable travel toiletry bags through our platform in Norway and other countries.

Return conditions
Product quality issues: If the product has quality problems, such as damage, material defects, etc., customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
Product does not match the description: If the product does not match the product description, customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
Wrong product size or color: If the customer chooses the wrong size or color when purchasing, and it does not fall under the first or second situation of this policy, the customer has the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product.

Return process
Contact customer service: Customers need to inform customer service of the return application through our customer service channels (such as email, online customer service, etc.), and provide the order number, reason for return and problem description.
Review application: Our customer service team will review the return application after receiving it to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
Return address: After the review is passed, customer service will provide the detailed address and return requirements for the return.
Return package: Customers are required to pack the goods intact as required and send them back using a trackable courier service.
Refund processing: After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will refund the customer’s payment for the goods in the original payment method.

Return restrictions

 

The returned goods must remain in their original condition and must not have any signs of use or damage.
The product packaging, accessories, instructions, etc. must be complete.
The return costs shall be borne by the customer, including but not limited to the return shipping costs.

Return time
The return application must be made within 7 days after receiving the goods.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct.

Special instructions
Returns due to personal preferences, such as wrong color and size selection, are not covered by this policy.
Special customized products, promotional products, gifts, etc. may not be subject to this return policy. Please refer to the product page or customer service instructions for details.
In the event of force majeure leading to a delay in return, we will try our best to coordinate and provide a solution.
